NordGen’s Animal Genetic Resources (AnGR) Council is an important part of NordGen’s expert network. The Council contributes to ensuring that NordGen’s work is of high quality and relevance.
The AnGR Council consists of two members from each Nordic country who is participating in and providing feedback to NordGen’s activities. The Council also acts as a forum for Nordic co-operation by exchanging knowledge in areas such as research, breeding and conservation of farm animal genetic resources.
