Sorbus - a genus with large variation
Sorbus
is a large genus in the rose family (
Rosaceae
), and counts several hundered species world wide. Today, the genus contains thirteen wild growing species in Norway. Several of these are endemic; growing only in Norway, and some are considered to be endangered.
