Join us on Faroe Islands on 11-12 February for NordWool 2026 - a unique gathering celebrating the diversity and potential of Nordic landrace sheep breeds and their wool.

What to expect

- Expert talks on Nordic sheep research, wool assessment, breed characteristics, and wool processing.

- Hands-on wool evaluation sessions, plus a showroom of wool and wool products across the Nordic countries.

- Opportunities for discussions and knowledge exchange.

- A field excursion to visit local stakeholder companies.

Practical information

Participation fee: Free of charge.

Included: All workshop activities, including lunches and coffee breaks. Please, see program below for details.

Not included (to be covered by participants):

- Travel expenses.

- Accommodation (special workshop rates will be available after New Year with a code NORDWOOL2026 when booking).  

- Beverages during field trip, lunch on the 10th. 

- Dinner in the evening of the 10th (optional).
